ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS

Midwest Auto Rentals accepts the following forms of payment to book rentals: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle.

VEHICLES LEAVING WISCONSIN

Vehicles are not permitted outside of WISCONSIN.

DRIVER

All drivers must have a valid driver’s license in their possession to rent a vehicle. No copies or faxed licenses will be accepted at any time. The original license must be presented and must be in the name of the driver. The renter’s driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period.  A learner’s permit is not accepted. A valid temporary license is accepted. Expired licenses will not be accepted.

FUEL POLICY

Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of regular unleaded or a fuel charge will be charged at the end of the rental.

PROHIBITED USES

Our fabulous rental vehicles may not be used by: Anyone not licensed to drive or whose driver’s license has been suspended or restricted.For any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity.

TICKETS

The renter is responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented and must pay for any fees, penalties, towing charges or impound costs.

VEHICLE PICK-UP & DROP-OFF

The pick-up and drop-off location is 5215 North Ironwood Rd, Fox Point WI, 53217.  Other locations can be arranged for an additional surcharge.
